Die Kotinos Apartments befinden sich am Ortseingang von Afytos in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Ein auch im Alter von gut über 60 noch leicht zu schaffender Weg von nur 8-10 Minuten. Sie werden von den Cousins Konstantinos und Alexandros geführt.
Der Kontakt lief im Vorfeld schriftlich über Konstantinos und direkt vor Ort über Alexandros UND hätte nicht besser sein können! Wir reisen als Paar mittlerweile über 40 Jahre immer wieder nach Griechenland und haben in der Zeit schon sehr, sehr viele Vermieterinnen und Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen kennengelernt. In der Regel sind diese natürlich auch immer sehr freundlich, aber was uns hier an Aufgeschlossenheit, Herzlichkeit und echtem Interesse an einem entgegengebracht wurde, haben wir in der Form tatsächlich so noch nicht erlebt! Vielen, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür und, Alex, Dir auch für Deine genau auf uns zugeschnittenen Vorschläge für Unternehmungen auf Kassandra! Das war richtig gut!
Die Apartments sind vorzüglich! Sie sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Um ein Beispiel zu nennen, hängt da nicht in irgendeiner Ecke an der Zimmerdecke ein großes, unförmiges Klimagerät. Die Zimmertemperatur wird über mehrere, an der Decke verteilte, feine Düsen reguliert. Und dies so angenehm, dass die nächste Erkältung nicht gleich vorprogrammiert ist!
Wir waren auch von dem großen, bequemen Bett begeistert. Das absolute Highlight war für uns aber das supermoderne Badezimmer! Wirklich "zum Verlieben"! Ganz ehrlich, so ein Badezimmer hätten wir auch gerne zu Hause! Und wir sind eigentlich schon ganz gut eingerichtet. :-)
Die Kotinos Apartments bieten aber noch eine ganz andere Besonderheit, ohne dass sie dazu natürlich irgendetwas könnten: Gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine im ersten Moment unscheinbare Taverne, die sich aber als (noch!) unfassbar guter Geheim-Tipp entpuppt!
Nach dem Grundsatz, dass eine so hervorragende Bewertung nur glaubwürdig ist, wenn man wenigstens einen Kritikpunkt benennt, dann ist das der, dass die Kotinos Apartments direkt an der von Kallithea kommenden Durchgangsstraße liegen. Uns hat das bei dem ja dort immer noch überschaubaren Verkehr überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Apartment war davon definitiv nichts zu hören! Das, was ich vorher alles an positiven Dinge gesagt habe, macht das alles mehr als wett! Und..., wenn es nur der Sprung über die Straße ins "Grigoris" ist. :-)
Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder die Kotinos Apartments wählen!

We spent four nights in the apartment at the end of August.
Konstantinos welcomed us upon arrival, handed over the keys, gave us a tour of the apartment, and provided useful information. He also gave us a beach umbrella to take along to the beaches. The accommodation was very nice and clean, newly built and the beds were comfortable.
Parking right in front of the apartment was very easy, and we always had a spot available. The village of Afytos is a 7–8 minute walk from the apartment. There is a larger supermarket in Kallithea, a 5-minute drive away, where we went to do our grocery shopping.
The property is located next to a main road; due to increased summer traffic, it can get a bit noisy—especially from loud motorbikes. This is not the fault of the accommodation itself, but it is worth noting if such things bother you.
Konstantinos, Alex, and Helen were incredibly hospitable and helpful; they made us feel like family. They checked in every day to see if we needed anything and assisted us with everything.
We would like to thank you again for everything! We are happy to have met you and we think of you often. We hope you're all doing well.

A microwave would have come in handy at times, but apart from that, nothing!
