It was close to cafes, safe neighborhood and easy walk to Central Paris.
There were very steep, winding stairs to access the bathroom which was a inconvenient and hazardous especially at night. We also come from a shoes-off household so when the owner came to drop off the keys and show us around, though he was extremely helpful and kind, walking around the apartment in shoes affected our general comfort during our stay.
