価格が手頃でキレイに清掃されていました。
近くに銭湯やスーパーもあり、短期間の滞在で不便に感じる事はありませんでした。
酔っ払いが多い、話し声が家の中まで聞こえるが一瞬なので大きなストレスにはなりませんでした。

We had a comfortable night’s sleep—the bed was cozy, and the overall environment was quiet and restful. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay, which made a big difference, especially in the warm weather. This definitely added to the overall comfort of the room.
The room lacks several basic amenities that one would typically expect from a hotel stay. There is no clothes dryer or even a proper closet with hangers to store clothing. The kitchenette is missing essential items such as a stove, utensils, plates, and coffee mugs—making it difficult to prepare or enjoy any meals. Additionally, there's no dish rack available for drying any washed items. Some of the chairs provided are also in poor condition and not usable, which further impacts the comfort and functionality of the space. Overall, the setup feels incomplete and not well-equipped for guests expecting standard conveniences.

家族6人で泊まる場合にはコスパは最高です。
個人的な感想ですが、まず、トイレはウォシュレットでは無い上に便座も冷たいので冬に泊まる場合には要注意です。部屋内の壁紙が破れている位なら問題ないですが、どうしたらこうなるのか？石膏ボードをとめるホッチキス？みたいな金具が飛び出していて小さな子供が居る場合には危険です。私は東京在住で現地の治安が全く分かりませんでしたが、夕食の為、外出したらそこは想像以上に遊郭街でやばい感じでした。まだ、歌舞伎町の方が子供を連れても歩けるが、ここの通りは思春期の男の子が居る方にはお勧めしません。
