1. Location of Sagar resorts makes it worthwhile to choose - a stay that is not inside the city rush and not too far from the city. The mountain view makes it a perfect destination for nature lovers to stay.
2. STAFF- very polite and supportive staff.Especially the GM of the property will make sure he understands your preferences and tastes and tries to personalize your experience
3. Rooms- excellent rooms equal to quality of a 4 star hotel. However, the janitor staff needed to be kept on toes to do some basic cleaning, but they were prompt too.
5. Pool- Nice pool with evening experiences at the pool side during weekends. They have a dedicated pool staff who ensures cleanliness and pool hygiene.

The hospitality was excellent! We were warmly hosted by Shubham, who made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The place was well-maintained, clean, and had a very welcoming vibe. Everything was smooth and well-organized, from check-in to the overall experience. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making us feel at home. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Adding a wiper or some sort of partition would help prevent water from flowing towards the toilet area. Also, the towels provided near the swimming area could be improved, as they were shedding lint on the body. Replacing them with better-quality ones would enhance the overall experience.
