Outdoor private area was stunning!! Location was amazing and the apartment was modern, nice, well stocked and well decorated. The host was fantastic too, she even baked us a focaccia. We loved it and wished we stayed more days there

We are a family of five adults and were in Korcula to explore the island and beaches. This apartment was magical with a huge outdoor area with multiple chill out zones and areas to eat/drink. Very clean and the host even baked us some focaccia. A definite highly recommend

Our family (2+2 teens) walked about 25mins from the ferry in Korcula, owners met to hand over keys. This is an entire ground floor and outdoor area(s) of a former restaurant, redeveloped to a high standard to convert bedrooms and bathrooms. This explains the quirky layout, and large stepped terraces. Top features include outdoor kitchen, hottub, table tennis, several seating options. Swimming and paddleboarding are great with direct access to sheltered and clear sea inlet - 2 good paddleboards included, would recommend learning how before you go. Very quiet area at all times, very nice to sit out with lots of shade. Useful supermarkets (Studenac) and bus stops (for Lumbarda and Korcula) are <5min along the road over the cross road. Best beach/swim areas are <10min walk down the nice lane on the opposite shore, near the Port 9 resort (but very happy we stayed here instead) - take the small path round the headland for 100m to the best spots. This was a great place to stay and I'd especially recommend for a family with teenagers.
Lots of rocky steps everywhere, fine for us but may not suit some. Air con was good, but 2 units do not include 2nd bedroom so teens room was a bit warm. Having both inside and outside kitchens was a bit complicated to start with, having to carry pans/plates/cutlery between them quite a lot. Hosts kindly offered to help with anything on WhatApps, but could also provide some basic local information (e.g. supermarkets, buses and beaches)
