Don’t ever come here!

Location, the fact that you have a lock on the door and a roof over your head.

We arrived later than our agreed check-in time, but the manager still had to finish prepping the room with us standing there. He dragged a vacuum out of the middle of the floor into storage and replaced the used towels and bathmats in front of us. When I asked if the room was clean, he casually said he had too many rooms to clean them all on time. How that’s the guest's issue, I have no idea. He even had to come back later to retrieve his jacket from our storage room. The room itself is miserable. The humidity is so high that the bed, rugs, towels, and your clothes stay perpetually damp. You wake up every morning with wavy, wet hair and damp pajamas. The hot water is severely limited by a tiny boiler, making two consecutive showers impossible (especially after a beach day). On arrival, we found someone else's old, almost-empty toiletries in the shower, a crusty piece of soap and a bottle of soap with black mold on the bottom by the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink is small, and the hot/cold handles turn inward, meaning they poke you in the face when you lean over. And as an extra surprise, the kitchen LED light directly across from the bed automatically turns on at 3:00 AM every night, so I had to drag myself out of bed each night to switch it off. Lastly, the synthetic pillows and blankets are covered in gross yellow stains underneath the covers. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!
