Location brilliant site amazing.
Didn't and wasn't told we couldn't use the club house i took my to grandchildren who wanted to join in the fun in the club house, very disappointed trying to explain why at 5 she wasn't allowed in to dance etc, would only book direct again.

Spacious, well maintained, fenced in balcony for the dog, proximity to the beach, free Wi-Fi, the owner.
Site wasn’t very clean, or well maintained, lots of overflowing bins/rubbish, however this is a reflection on Lyons site team not the owner of the caravan.

I liked the size of the van and ideal to have two toilets with a large family.
Beds were a little uncomfortable and the van felt slightly condensed in mornings

Great location for the beaches . We had our dog the balcony was great as he was off the lead and contained. The local beaches were fantastic and all the people very friendly.
A little noisy probably just our weekend as to the football. Caravan could do with a good clean and a vax on the carpets and sofas. Also some basic diy. Could do with new mattresses all round . We would stay again but was overpriced for whats been said about. I would pay £200 for a weekend definitely not £300.
