The property was perfect for our stay in Austin. Its location was good and the car was secure in the garage parking. The property was very well kept and clean, inside and out, and had all the facilities we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and especially found the pool a great relief in the hot August sun. Thank you.
Perhaps the only thing we would say was to improve on the information provided. To have a little more information available to explain things like how to operate the oven, the route to the pool area, any provisions provided. We didn’t find the washing tablets and bin bags until end of our stay. These are only minor details but might help guests.

The property was clean, the pool was epic! Amenities and awesome, conference rooms, convention center with pool table and bar. Awesome.
My 13 year old daughter had issues with the slow internet and couldn’t play her game 😢. There was no problem with streaming on the tv so…I’d suggest that if you need fast internet you’ll have to go to the wonderful conference/meeting room

Great size; it is a well designed apartment with good space to spread out. There’s no clutter.
Check-in — was difficult to find “which” lock box in the dark
