The hotel is gorgeous. For us, it was a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of our trip. The view can’t be beat! It is a 15-20 minute car ride from the heart of Sorrento, but there’s a shuttle that you can utilized (but it does end early around 7:30pm). Ubers can get a little pricey, but it was worth it for us to have more comfortable lodging than being closer to the city.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very gracious, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us arrange transportation to our excursions and were responsive to our needs. Breakfast was good too. Just as an FYI, most of the hotel guests are on the older side, and more sensitive to noise.
If coming back to Sorrento, we’d stay here again! And hopefully use more of the amenities such as the pool.

PROS: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
Breakfast every morning had so many options and was great before going out for the day.
We rented a scooter and parking was very convenient.
Hotel shuttle every hour was convenient.
CONS: AC has to be requested, which isn’t the worst, but very inconvenient when you get back to your room after walking A LOT.
Rooms did not come with an iron, which was VERY inconvenient every single day having to go downstairs to iron before getting dressed in your room, it was surprising and annoying TBH.
The last shuttle for pickup of the day was 7/7:30PM, which was inconvenient for days that we wanted to do later activities in the city.

What an amazing place to stay and enjoy Sorrento and its coast. Such warm, friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
Loved the free shuttle to the town, took all the stress out of driving and parking.
Thank you so much, would come back in a heart beat.

Beautiful view of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius from this stylish hotel. A charming village with restaurants and shops is less than a 10-minute walk away. They also offer a shuttle to Sorrento hourly, running back and forth. The rooms are quite comfortable with ample space.
