My teenage daughters and I had a wonderful and adventurous stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily, amenities plentiful for a nice relaxing stay. Friendly shuttle service roundtrip from airport , on-site car rental for trips into town like Malecón.
Only down was not being able to enjoy a swim in the beautiful ocean water due to JellyFish in the waters. Wasn't aware but this is usual between May-June months

Really nice pool, bar, restaurant and the beach is amazing. 5 star cleanliness. The only issue we had was a 5 day stay with no hot water in the shower. It was reported with no follow up. I would have given 5 stars across the board if they would have taken care of it. If they communicated back with me I would have given the staff 5 stars

This property is in a fantastic Oceanside location. Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights in a standard room. We were next to one of the hot tubs and by a gate to the sea. Great food, great drinks and the staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our door lock and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. We would stay here again.
