It was easy to check in and the communication was great. The air conditioning was AMAZING after a hot day outside.

Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!

We needed a place to stay for 1 day in Venice. We were able to drop our bags first thing in the morning which was great. Noel was very helpful. Room was small but we expected that. Worked well for us.

The on site manager Noel was excellent!! So helpful and kind - took time to explain things and recommend - give directions, etc. the room is nice and good location.
