Once we are checked into the apartment, everything was good. Clean and food was good. It took us a while to figure out how to check-in. People in the neighbor ended up helping out to reach out to the owner as there is no one in the building that can help us check-in when we arrived in the afternoon. I ended up setting up Whatsapp on my mobile phone to contact the owner. The neighbors are friendly and location is good.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful but their English was limited. We had lunch there the first day and it was good and reasonably priced. The chocolate croissant and coffee for breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Tivoli. Highly recommend.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Slippers and toiletries provided. I did have the impression that this was an apartment with a kitchenette. No, it’s just a room. The shared kitchen is upstairs. Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. No cup of tea relaxing in your pyjamas. The room is a 10 minute walk from the station and well located in town and for Villa D’Este. A short bus ride to Hadrians Villa

we based our stay from the five star reviews for this hotel. The location was fantastic with the on-site restaurant that was equally fantastic. The ‎WhatsApp concierge was extremely responsive for all the questions we had. The location is about a five minute walk to Villa d'Este. Walkable area. Even with extreme temperatures in August, we felt comfortable going back to a cool room for an afternoon siesta and to sit out the hottest part of the day. The restaurant was very pleasant with an added 15% discount for our meals. I would not recommend the breakfast option as it is not onsite. The bar restaurant recommended had terrible service with even Italians wondering why there was 1 server for all the tables. Overall, we would stay there again if we returned to Tivoli.
