The Space:
This place is really great thanks to its location right in the heart of downtown. However, we’ll say it again here (even though it’s already been mentioned twice): it’s noisy 🔊. There’s a bar right below, a bustling street, restaurants, and theaters… in short, in the evenings and especially on weekends, it’s lively!
It’s really a cool place to stay if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet and a deeply restful sleep 😴, you might be disappointed. Now that that’s out in the open, I’m happy to welcome you to L’Ananas and chat with you!
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), and a living room with an HD TV. The sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. A washer and dryer are also available in the building.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment and the building's washer and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Quebec City, our apartment puts you within walking distance of trendy cafés, local restaurants, unique shops, and cultural events. Grocery stores and other amenities are nearby. Explore the neighborhood on foot and discover the vibrant arts scene and rich history that define Saint-Roch. Quebec City’s main attractions are just a few minutes away by public transportation.
Getting Around:
You can easily explore the neighborhood, its shops, and attractions on foot. You can also take public transportation, rent e-bikes (May through October), or simply take a taxi or Uber as needed.
Other Things to Note:
💹 You have to earn your stay at L’Ananas! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. To get there, you’ll need to climb 59 narrow and somewhat steep steps.

This apartment is located in a lively part of St. Roch, full of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. The stairs to the apartment would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment itself is lovely - clean, cosy, comfortable and well-equipped

The host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. The appartment was cosy, clean and as advertised. The only reason I am not giving it a 5-star review is because of the noise from the neighbouring nightclub. Great place to stay if you are looking for a decent place near the universities and a bunch of amenities at walking distance, but I definitely recommend earplugs to sleep.

Clean apartment located in a busy nightlife district. Lots of amenities in apartment. 60 steep steps with narrow hallway leading to apartment. Parking was off-site in a lot...we loaded and unloaded on st Joseph and parked a 5 minute walk. Great place for people who are fit and like to explore the city. We walked everywhere and enjoyed getting to explore old Quebec within a 30 minute walk.

The stairs need to be mentioned in the description… countertops needed to be wiped down… no paper towels or other cleaning supplies provided… couch is very uncomfortable… and it was mentioned in the description about the noise from downstairs but it was very loud on Saturday night until 3a.m… if we were younger maybe we would have joined in but those days are past us
