The owner of the property was very amicable and flexible. We arrived late because of issues with the plane, and she greeted us much later than expected, answered all our questions, and even cooked the few pizzas we had in her own oven. I had quite a few back-and-forth conversations with her, and she was always keen to help. Great service. She also replied very efficiently before we arrived and was there each time we had a question, all with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. It felt more like staying at a friend's than in a rented accommodation. Great service.
Nothing really. It is fantastic value for money and was perfect for us as a family of 5.
