When you enter the beautifully decorated living room, you will immediately feel the welcoming atmosphere of the space. Furnished with traditional Bavarian furniture chosen with lots of love, it offers the ideal place to relax and watch a movie on TV. The large sofa can sleep a fifth person if needed. Next to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, refrigerator, oven and coffee machine. The kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, so you can easily prepare your favorite meals. The apartment has two stylish bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable beds and linens. With plenty of storage space, you can easily settle in during your stay. There are two modern bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a walk-in shower, giving you a relaxing space to unwind with a relaxing bath. PENTHOUSE ANNELIESE is a comfortable and bright apartment for up to 5 people, located on the 5th floor, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Athens (Ampelokipoi). The location is ideal as it is less than 3 minutes walk from Ampelokipoi metro station and 10 minutes walk by metro from the central Syntagma Square. Various bus stops are also within 2-3 minutes walk. It is just 1 minute from Elpis Hospital and 3 minutes from Agios Savvas Hospital. The nearby area is very busy and full of restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, bars and shops of all kinds. Every Saturday you can walk to the local street market, which is just 2 minutes walk away. Free parking on the street.

Beautiful large apartment with two bedrooms, large kitchen and clean bathrooms. Very close to Metro, scenery and beach. Also has a great balcony with views. The owner was so kind and always available for assistance and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
