- Monthly Maintenance: No Running Water on third Thursday from 9:00AM to 2:30PM
- Internet Access: Available but not always reliable due to usage spikes; consider a hotspot or pocket Wi-Fi as backup
- Lost keys carry a replacement fee of $100.00. Please secure the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property.
- NO MAKEUP or any stains on the white towels - $15.00 charge for each stained towel will be applied.
- To keep our costs low, please keep the room door closed when the air conditioning is on. Also, remember to close the windows, turn off the lights, and A/C before leaving the apartment.
- LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: “Un-scheduled” late check-outs impact not only this property but also other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules, and future guest reservations. Guests staying beyond their original scheduled check-out time will be charged a rate of one night's stay based on the current nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding.

Stayed 5 nights. Great location - convenient and safe, 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants/bars, supermarket and major highways. The unit itself pretty spacious - ideal for a couple, but could comfortably add another person. The photos in the listing were acurrate, as the unit had a bedroom area, living area with separate kitchen and bath. Lots of drawer space and a full closet (but one of the doors was jammed and could not slide open, so we had access to only half the closet). The building had a pool, parking, 2 working elevators and a remote controlled gate with 24/7 security at the entrance. Edward, our host, was pretty responsive to all our questions and concerns. Had to knock off a star because the AC only allowed us to lower the temperature, but not raise it. By the time we figured this out, we had already lowered it to 62 degrees. So to warm up the room, we had to shut off the AC completely, which then made the room too hot at times. We told Edward about this issue the 2nd day of our trip. He said he would have the maintenance person from the building come look at it, but he did not come during our stay, so we just learned live with it. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
