Cute, clean and well maintained property centrally located. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the house was stocked with all the essentials. Host was excellent. Very quick to respond and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay--it was hard to leave! The house was clean and cozy and decorated perfectly. The kitchen seemed to be missing a few basic pieces (casserole dish and spatulas) but was otherwise very accommodating. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from city life and the outdoor spaces were adequate and would have been very enjoyable in nicer weather. (It was cool and rainy during much of our stay and the grass in the backyard was getting high.) The house really is a Midtown Charmer! Highly recommend!

We've stayed at this VRBO twice. The first time it was a good stay and the house was clean. This time the home had only been partially cleaned. The bathrooms in particular were quite dirty especially the toilets. The owner offered a refund but left us to clean it ourselves which was frustrating.
