Two Queen bedrooms. 1 and a half bathroom, full kitchen, a dining and living area, small desk, center HVAC, ceiling fans. Easy check-in, clean, and just as the pictures showed. Location was convenient to the National Mall and most sites, about 30 min walking or a 10-15 minute, 10-15 Uber/cab ride. The grocery store was literally just across the street, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. Excellent stay, and we would definitely book here again on a return trip.

This was our first VRBO rental so we didn't know what to expect, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful! The property was very clean, ideally located and felt like home away from home! We stayed on a very rainy weekend, so having laundry allowed us to stay totally active though soaking wet, with the dryer more a necessity to change and begin again! I highly recommend the property and the host. You will love it

Great place to stay. Super clean. Five minute walk from the convention center. Definitely worth the money--Jay provides guest street parking if you register your car with the DC parking app. Coffee maker (need pods) and enough kitchen ware to meet our needs. Beds comfortable. Not a home--just for rental. There was no coffee provided--we went out to buy our own. Would be nice to have at least the first day of coffee available! Would definitely stay again. Check in and communication easy.
