About this cottage rental
This is a Fishing Cottage right on the water. You are able to park your boat in front of the Fishing Cottage. A screened in porch with a table is attached to the cabin. There is a fish cleaning table for all those big fish you are going to catch! About 11 miles down the old beach road is a bird watching refuge for all you avid bird watchers. This Cottage is two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Living room has a sofa with a queen size pullout bed. Big screen TV and two nice size recliners for your enjoyment. It also has a desk with plugins for your chargers. Kitchen has all your necessary cooking supplies for those fantastic meals. Coffee is supplied. Refrigerator has an ice maker, stove has an air fryer setting for the oven. Shampoo and body wash are on hand for your use. There is no smoking inside the cabin, we have provided smoking receptacles on the outside of the Cottage and in porch area. There is a BBQ pit outside of the cabin. There are designated fishing areas to catch those big fish. We want your experience to be enjoyable, a suggestion box will be available in the cabin for your input.

My son & I loved this place. Exactly what we needed for our first trip to Sabine Lake. Our host was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely be going back there again to fish & relax in a secure location.

This place is wonderful if you like to fish and boating. Perfect location and this place has just about everything you need. Our 4th time coming here and we truly enjoyed it. Will definitely be returning.

This is the second time we have been here and we had a great time. Master bed sleeps great! That is big thing for me. I have to have a comfy bed. We will be back again!
