Overall a good stay at Como Hills, staff were friendly and attentive and rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were good too, especially pool and gym.
A rather expensive stay, especially when considering the hidden costs e.g. limited menu for half board guests (ask to pay more for some dishes) and hidden costs (cost per person, not per double room - not clear ahead of arriving with significant £ amount requested on arrival which was a bad way to start a holiday). The result of this was being uncertain about what we might have to pay for, or not, which took the gloss off our holiday. Future guests should be aware of this before booking.

Everything but was particularly impressed by the quality of the service, attention to details, ready to get the extra miles. The padel facilities, including classes, gym are top! the pool is fabulous. free shuttle to the city center. The concierge team reserved the most amazing tables in Cernobbio and Como center for us..
Nothing...we already went back to play padel and take lessons with the top coach.

Good room and air con; pleasant grounds and pool; nice helpful staff.
Extremely load music blared out over the whole campus from 10.30 am onwards, despite the hotels own website describing it as peaceful. Really spoiled our stay. Couldn't even converse with the restaurant staff when ordering. Room not cleaned until at least 3pm. Despite it's name, no view of the hills.
