Super Aussicht, bei schlechtem Umgang mit den Gästen.

Das Chalet und die Aussicht waren super.

Wir haben den Urlaub gebucht für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und es waren nur 2 Schlafzimmer bezogen und die dazugehörigen Handtücher fehlten auch. Nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption wurden uns die fehlenden Sachen geliefert und wir haben die 2 Schlafzimmer selbst bezogen. Bei dem Gespräch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Kosten für die fehlende Bettwäsche plus Handtücher selber bezahlen müssen. Von unserer 500€ Kaution wurden uns nur 388,00€ zurück erstattet. Eine absolute Frechheit und so noch nie erlebt!

Das Chalet und die Aussicht waren super.

Wir haben den Urlaub gebucht für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und es waren nur 2 Schlafzimmer bezogen und die dazugehörigen Handtücher fehlten auch.
