The food quality was good.
The rooms were very spacious.
The view in general was amazing.
There was dirt on the corner floor of the outside pool.
We waited for 30 minutes for someone to come to our room to help with the luggages when we were checking out but nobody came even though we called the reception 2 times.
The smell coming from the farm to our room was not very nice.

Stunning Scandinavian architecture with Italian/austrian influence. Facilities were incredible, especially for children. The kids club team were super friendly and caring (especially Giovanni). The holiday is designed around creating special memories with your little ones whilst having some escapism yourself.
Gym could have a bit more equipment and would be nicer if it was air conditioned. For a family focused hotel I think dinner starting at 1830 was too late. Most coffee served was cold, even if asking for it to be very hot.
