La higiene no es una característica de la estancia
La piscina.
El entorno.
La ubicación.
La casa tiene varias deficiencias que comunicamos de inmediato a laanfitriona, pero muy lejos de darnos una solución y de disculparse, nos dice que somos muy delicados y que la culpa será nuestra.
Nada más llegar a la casa nos la encontramos sin luz. Después de conseguir que volviera, notamos que el frigorífico estaba casi a temperatura ambiente del exterior, con lo cual debería de llevar bastantes horas así apagado. Se lo comunicamos y la dueña de la casa y nos dijo que eso no podía ser, que ellos estuvieron el finde anterior y que el frigorífico funciona bien. Procedió a llamar a su seguro para que vinieran a verlo y el técnico nos dijo que es un frigorífico muy viejo y que cuando se va la corriente tarda mucho en volver a enfriar adecuadamente. Hasta que no pasaron 36/48h no volvió a coger la temperatura adecuada y la comida que teníamos se echó a perder.
Todo esto se lo dijimos a la anfitriona pero en todo momento se puso a la defensiva y nos acusó de que fue culpa nuestra, que no podía ser que no hubiera luz.
Aparte de esto, nos encontramos la casa muy sucia en las partes mas sensibles donde uno busca la comodidad, como son los baños, la cocina, etc... En los retretes había restos de heces y pelos, y los cajones de la cocina estaban llenos de grasa con la cubertería y menaje sucios. Esto nos hizo estar muy incómodos a nuestra llegada y creyendo que la dueña de la casa debía saberlo, no por culparla sino por informarla, y ella nos respondió "a veces la exigencia no deja ver la belleza de las vistas". Perdimos nuestro primer día de vacaciones en limpiar nosotros mismos. Eso sí, las vistas al campo de golf son preciosas.
También reflejar que la casa tiene numerosas humedades exteriores que provocan un olor nauseabundo en el interior, sobre todo al abrir los armarios. Evidentemente no los pudimos usar.
Pero lo que mas nos duele de todo es el trato que ha tenido con nosotros la anfitriona de la casa, jamás hemos visto nada igual.
