MadeComfy is a terrible company and should be avoided

Good location

The entire process with their key company has been the worst experience of my life. The key was not ready at the pick up location leaving us standing on the side of the road for hours trying to organise and resulting in us having to book elsewhere for that night. We are still going through the process of obtaining a refund with this company and they have been deliberately difficult. If the owner of this apartment reads this, get rid of MadeComfy. The actual room was fine, clean and had what we needed for our stay but it was difficult to open the entryway door (having to have the key a very specific way for it to work) and there were horrific string smells in the corridor and lift which left me feeling nauseous every time we left or returned to the apartment.

Terrible accommodation, terrible customer service

Apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and ash. Property manager did nothing about it except give me some air freshener. Then gaslit me saying that it didn't really smell until their employee came and agreed - then still did nothing except tell me I could cancel the rest of the trip for a partial refund. It was also not well cleaned when I arrived with liquid stains on the bed side table.

Good location
