Sehr schöne ruhige Lage im Pinienwald, Golfplatz in der Nähe aber nicht störend. Großer eingezäunter Garten mit Wäscheleine. Große überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und Grill. Hübsch eingerichtet, zweckmäßige Küche mit ordentlichen Gerätschaften. Es waren nur 5 Fahrräder vor Ort, die aber gut funktionierten. Die Kinder waren im unteren Stock untergebracht und hatten mit eigenem Bad/ WC ihr eigenes Reich. Die Verwalterin Valérie war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig und konnte auch zwischendurch kontaktiert werden. Eigene Mülleimer für Restmüll und Plastik/ Papier. Man muss also nur das Altglas zum Container bringen, der liegt an der Ausfahrt vom Wohngebiet, also kein Problem.
Ein Bad und WC haben kein Fenster, die Türe zum dazugehörigen Zimmer fehlt, so dass über das Zimmer „gelüftet“ wird. Bei warmen Außentemperaturen kein Problem, wenn es jedoch abends schon kühl und feucht wird draußen bekommt man die Feuchtigkeit vom Duschen schwierig geregelt. Sehr dünne Wände, man hört Geräusche aus den anderen Räumen (auch WC😂). Geht nur mit Freunden , die man sehr gut kennt…

Schöne idyllisch gelegene Villa mit einem umzäunten, schattigen Garten. Für 3 Leute ein großzügiges Haus mit genügend Platz für alle. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Es hätte noch eine richtige Sonnenliege vorhanden sein können.
