Location was excellent, just a short walk into town. All the facilities were great.

Very comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa and great TV in living room. Visitor’s parking permits supplied. Welcome cake and chocolate.
Stairs to apartment which wouldn’t be a problem to younger guests, but we are in our late 80s.
Couldn’t work out how to get hot water in shower. Perhaps some written instruction would help future guests.

We really liked the little apartment. Really clean. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Really good shower too. Would stay again if we return to llangollen.
Nothing to dislike really. Maybe stairs could have better lighting.
