The location was close to the pavilion an area we hadn’t stayed before - it was on a busy nosey road ( this can’t be helped ) various convenience shops bars restaurants close by . Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and very spacious with two separate bedrooms.
The outside of the building the windows on the ground floor was boarded up covered in graffiti and we actually walked by it a couple of times as thought it looked derelict! However it was fine once inside and had I been advised in advance it wouldn’t have been an issue. This maybe an ongoing issue or simply something short term I do not know. Don’t let it put you off!!
The whole place inside could do with a paint job it’s obviously well used !
The other unusual action was after the booking a day before I had to pay a‘damages deposit ‘£30 non refundable or £300 which was refundable. I’ve never had to do this before following a booking as normally it’s part of the initial booking.
However I’ve never used this company before so this is their policy ??? They were very quick with communication and checking in so again really easy to deal with.

Excellent location for exploring Brighton. 10-15 minute walk from everything you want to see including the beach. Nicely decorated.
The mattresses were very soft plus had a dip in the middle- so not very comfortable at night.
Window in master bedroom had a lot of pigeon poo on the outside.
Pigeons could be heard cooing a lot of the time so disturbs your sleep/ relaxation.
No microwave in kitchen which would be helpful.

Appartamento spazioso e curato. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro comodamente a piedi e anche a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ok il self check-in. Consigliato!
