Good central location with excellent views from the property. Very clean and comfortable
The second sliding door (on the Minster side) in the main living area was faulty and marked with a notice not to use. It would have been much nicer if it had been working, to helped us to keep the living area cool in the hot sun. It was the only aspect of the property that didn't quite meet expectations.

You had to park on the road to collet the key which was a bit busy and took a while to sort out but generally all fine. Not sure why the lady sitting in the foyer couldn't have the keys.

Great views and space.
The heating is controlled remotely. First 4 days heat wasn’t working in the living room at all. Maintenance swapped out the control and it worked. Unfortunately when you turn the heat up it is remotely set to lower back down to a much cooler temp. Shame we all had to sit in the living room together with our coats on and the oven on. Also only one TV. None in the bedrooms.
