The property was immaculately clean. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. This was a last minute booking (I mean 20 minute before).
We had been very let down by another property advertised on booking.con that was not fit for purpose. So the staff here and the property literally turned our weekend from a nightmare to a lovely family stay with great memories made. Thank you so so much

it was clean and presentable. parking was secure and location was peaceful. very close to the city centre. local shop was very close as well.
The sink of the down stairs toilet was too small. considering the weather host should arrange air con or at least some table fan. on each room. and also rice cooker will be appreciated.

Property was clean, comfortable and tidy. Easy to find and quiet. Good for a group of people. Showers were good, we slept well in the beds and appreciated the good towels. Enough kitchen equipment available to use the facilities if needed.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but as previously shared, it wasn’t straightforward to use the WiFi, better info would have helped so we didn’t have to bother the owners. We also found the dishwasher contained used dishes that were growing mould. Finally, a small bit of feedback, it would be helpful to have mirrors located near plugs . I needed to use the hall downstairs .

we couldn’t stay where we originally booked and didn’t get told until half an hour before checking in. On arrival the property wasn’t clean however after speaking to the management team they sent cleaners in to do the job. They only cleaned the places that I’d taken pictures of, the house needed a deep clean really as it was dusty and generally unclean, the washing machine had something spilt all over it too but luckily we didn’t stay long enough to require it. The oven was difficult to use, seemed very hot so we couldn’t really use it. The garden is ugly, no chairs and giant weeds everywhere so we stayed indoors. Would’ve been nice for my daughter to play outside but not a massive issue. Shame the cleanliness let it down, not sure who cleans the house but they don’t do a good job.
