Proprietare noua, foarte moderna dotata cu tot ce este nevoie. Curtea foarte frumos amenajata. Curatenie impecabila. Este foarte aproape de plaja, 2-3 minute de mers pe jos.

Beautiful home with all what’s needed for a good vacation. Excellent location: close to a nice beach with great bars and restaurants. Also it is close to the city by bus or taxi.

Malvina home ist stylish und modern eingerichtet, Die Küche hat alles, was man sich an Gerätschaften wünschen kann. Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ok. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und Palmen in einem Minigarten. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Heraklion (haben wir extra gewählt, damit wir am Abreisetag schnell am Flughafen sind) und an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Das merkt man vor allem am Wochenende, wenn alle Kreterinnen und Kreter an den Strand wollen, dann hat man Stau vor der Haustür. Der Strand ist nur 100 Meter entfernt, aber sehr voll und wird mit lauter Musik beschallt. Trotzdem gut, um ins Wasser zu gehen.

It's the little things that show the quality of someone's business. When the owner knows we are coming with children and leaves crayons and colouring books in the drawer of the bedroom for them to play with, it is what I call a good business. Attention to detail is all I can say about this house. Really, if I moved into that house right now, I wouldn't need to bring in a single thing. If you are travelling with small kids, look no further. The closed yard with no dangers inside is a bliss for peaceful evenings. Really, really kid-safe place. I read the comments that the parking gate is narrow, and it's true, but I rented a large SUV there and parked it without much hassle.

If anything, the bedroom night lights could be dimmer. But that's really nitpicking. Also, since there is a shower in the yard, it would be such a fantastic thing to have warm water there. We don't like the sand, and if we had warm water in the yard, we could have showered ourselves and the kids outside and have no sand on a beautiful porch.
