The location is prime. Such a great spot, right by the park but a block from all the restaurant and cafe traffic by the circle, so it wasn’t noisy. Several terrific breakfast lunch spots just half a block away. Convenience store and supermarket within 3 blocks or so. It’s quiet. You can hear the neighbor when you are in the living room area near the door, but the interior and the bedroom is nicely insulated from noise. The staff were warm and friendly. Shout out to the cleaning lady, who is super sweet and helpful.
I don’t understand why they ration toilet tissue like it’s still the pandemic. We were there over a week as a family of three. They started us with 2 rolls. Then every time we asked for more toilet paper, they would hand us one roll. Rooms were serviced every seven days. We had to ask for fresh towels. They have a full kitchen, but a tiny garbage can (roughly one gallon I would say) that doesn’t get emptied. No kitchen hand towels except for a roll of paper towels. The hot water situation is as others have said, spotty. It doesn’t stay hot or cold, but the shower is large enough for you to jump out of the way when it goes to extremes.

Ubicacion, habitación muy amplia
Horario de check in 16.00h y horario check out 11.00h. Pedimos un check out más tarde, nos dijeron que preguntásemos el mismo día porque dependía de la disponibilidad. Al preguntar, nos dijeron que era imposible ya que el hotel estaba lleno. Sin embargo, nos dijeron que podíamos reservar 1 noche extra y así sí que podíamos hacer late check out. Es decir, dejarnos unas horas más era IMPOSIBLE porque no había hueco (teniendo un check in a las 4 de la tarde!) pero si reservaba una noche más entonces sí que tenían habitación disponible. Muy mala gestión, que digan que no hacen late check out y ya está, pero esto de marearnos no tiene sentido.
