The Space:

Step into BALMORI, a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor of a residential building, located directly across from Parque México in the heart of Condesa. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests and combines distinctive interiors with comfortable spaces designed for groups and families traveling together.



The main apartment welcomes you with bright social areas, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main living area includes a comfortable modular sofa and Smart TV, while the dining area provides space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped for both casual breakfasts and longer stays.



The three main bedrooms are located inside the principal apartment:



Bedroom 1 features one king-size bed and a full closet, offering a comfortable and private space to rest.



Bedroom 2 features two queen-size beds, a full closet, and a cozy sitting area, making it ideal for families or friends sharing the room.



Bedroom 3 also features two queen-size beds, a full closet, and a small sofa, providing a comfortable setup for larger groups.



BALMORI has a unique fourth bedroom with independent access from the building's stair landing. This private room is located outside the main apartment and features one single bed, a chair, and its own full bathroom. It is an excellent option for guests who appreciate additional privacy while traveling with a group.



The fourth bedroom also provides access to the laundry area. The entrance to the laundry space is discreetly located behind a mirror inside this room.



The apartment offers three full bathrooms in total. Two are located within the main apartment and serve the three principal bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own private full bathroom.
