One of the many things guests love about Mexico City is its amazing weather. Thanks to the city's mild climate, portable fans are typically more than enough to keep the space comfortable during your stay.



Located on the fifth floor of a five-story building, this spacious home combines warm contemporary design, comfortable living areas, and everything you need for a memorable stay with family or friends.



As you enter, you’ll find a welcoming foyer. To the right, you’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area, making longer stays especially convenient. The kitchen also features a filtered drinking water system for your convenience.



A short hallway leads to the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. Continuing back toward the main entrance, the apartment opens into the dining area and spacious living room, creating a welcoming space to gather, share meals, relax, or enjoy the Smart TV.



From the main living area, a hallway leads to the remaining three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom features two queen-size beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The other two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, offering a more private and relaxing setup.



The living room can also accommodate an additional inflatable mattress upon request, allowing the home to comfortably host up to 12 guests. Without the inflatable mattress, the property accommodates up to 10 guests.



The home is thoughtfully equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens, blackout curtains, a fully equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water, a washer and dryer, a dining area, a comfortable living room, and a Smart TV.

TO NOTICE: There are two locked doors with some supplies for our cleaning staff. Both are in the kitchen, One of them is next to the washer and dryer machines (the wooden door), and the second one is under that table with the home appliances (wooden door).

As an alternative, Uber is generally available throughout the city.



However, due to local and federal regulations, ride-sharing services may have limited access to certain areas, including airports and other restricted zones, which can occasionally result in designated pickup points or longer wait times. If you prefer public transportation, the location is well connected by Metro, Metrobus, EcoBici, and other mobility options, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions without needing a car.
