The staff was very attentive and kind - especially the staff from the restaurant (Ana and her colleague). The location was incredible, it was super close to the beach and trendy restaurants and spas. The food and the drinks were amazing and the breakfast was good too! We had the one bedroom pool villa, which was phenomenal.
The Wifi was spotty at times and there were ants in our room (and bed).

Beautiful space and rooms, great location and excellent bathroom and pools
Stairs to access the property and rooms were not expected and extra charges for coffees during breakfast

The bedroom door locks didn't work, the toiletries were not filled up properly and in fact diluted with water. Cumbersome to use keys to lock the villa and bedroom doors. Will be great if water dispenser is available on second floor.
