Needs work to be able to accommodate the 8 people it claims to accommodate

The beds were comfortable and the upstairs shower was nice and powerful

The seating in the lounge was only suitable for 3, 4 at a push when the property sleeps 8 so we had to sit on the floor which is cold laminated. The seating/sofa that was provided is very hard so also uncomfortable. There was a lack of cooking utensils such as a spatula, whisk or potato masher. Didn’t realise this until after preparing our meal so had lumpy mash and gravey. There has been an obvious flood in the kitchen from the downstairs bathroom m. This left us not wanting to use the shower downstairs because it obviously leaks under the shower door causing damage. There were lots of wires from the tv just on the floor in the corner of the lounge. A bit dangerous when you have a 3 year old present. The outside are was awful, full of broken items. The fence was also broken with nails sticking out. We weren’t able to have the doors open on a very warm day because it wasn’t safe for our 3 year old to go out. One of the stools in the dining/games room was broken. Another one of these stools was outside also broken so again not enough seating provided. Although the listing says parking available this is street parking which is very limited on a very narrow road.

The fact that I paid them had to give a wellfair fee of £30 to get the code for the box which I dont even get back, there is pool table and table tennis but all the pool cues and table tennis bats are broken so can’t even play🤷🏼‍♂️

Perfect for 4 blokes doing Ironman Bolton

Location was ideal for ironman bolton , it had two bathrooms with shower so never had to wait to use the toilet or shower , let us check in early , would definitely stay again
