Everything is perfect, the big sofas, comfy soft beds and linen, good pressure shower, fully stocked kitchen. So good we stayed an extra 2 days!
Maybe needs air con in the front room during the summer months. It got hot in there during September and there’s no way to ventilate without opening the front door to the entire street!

Great location, newly-remodeled clean & neat apartment!
This apartment is located in the 1st floor, super easy to access. Also most of Kutaisi landmarks such as white bridge, bagrati cathedral, central park, etc are close that you can get there within 20-30 minutes on foot.
Also there is 24/7 supermarket right across the road, you can get anything you want even in the middle of the night.
Hosts are really kind and nice, taking care of guests all the time. I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and we loved it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need!
Apartment is maintained by hosts closely so that everything was clean as new. Bedding was warm and cozy, even sofa-bed in the living room was very comfortable.

Good location, very fast and reliable service. Clean. Very friendly and helpful hostess. All facilities present and working. All in all, very good value for money.
Opening the window requires some acrobatics.
