I loved the close location to the airport. It was a great place to stay before heading to the airport the next morning. The host was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. There were some snacks available for breakfast.

Location is close to Fiumicino Airport, so we were able to organise a private taxi (People Mover style vehicle) at a 10 Euro discount to normal fixed taxi rates thru Patrizio the landlord to get to the airport for our early morning flight. Very convenient.
Under the flight path, but there is a nightime curfew, so the planes cease around 11pm so we got an excellent night's sleep. Unless you go to bed very early, this is not a problem.
