Очень хорошое расположение, прям возле бухты. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для нас. Чисто, ничего лишнего.
Нет парковочного места , но это логично.

Расположение квартиры замечательное. На этом всё.
Персонал очень недружелюбен, общение не понравилось. Квартира в плачевном состоянии, на кухне кроме тарелок/ложек нет ничего, ни чайника, ни микроволновки. Из розеток работали только две и то с трудом. Везде грязь. Я не привередлива , но такого не ожидала. Не рекомендую

La ubicación es perfecta
Le falta limpieza profunda en pisos, muebles, paredes de la cocina y cortinas
Le falta mantenimiento en muebles y edificio en general
Hay cosas inútiles guardadas en todos los muebles
El ingreso es muy oscuro y peligroso por qué hay escaleras y no se ve nada
La verdad es una pena por que el departamento es precioso y la ubicación inmejorable, la atención que necesita no se trata de altos costos de mejoras (q no es mucho) sino de buenas decisiones
Tienen malos comentarios desde hace varios años y claramente no hacen nada con eso, y por supuesto está de más decir q la relación precio/calidad no tiene sentido
