Beautiful view, easy access and quiet
Blinds non functional in front room so always open and can be seen into, contact with the owner wasn't responded to, TV is analog and has lines down front of it

Gorgeous location near the Arena and beautiful views of Swansea bay. Plenty of room and easy to get to. Clear communication and instructions. Will definitely book again

The view was very nice it was very comfortable very spacious good location
The car parking if you have a large car then you are going to struggle it's very tight.

The sea view was exceptional. Can't fault the location. It's a good size apartment, very quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed and pillows. Had a great night's sleep.
The apartment needs a deep clean and a revamp. Although it was clear the kitchen and bathroom had been wiped down prior to our arrival, and fresh bedding was put on the bed, the apartment was thick was dust in many places and there were hairs in the bath, bed and on the kitchen plates. It also smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The carpet was stained, the cooker dials had worn off so we had to guess the cooker settings and temperature, and the tv screen has 3 thick black lines through the screen. The car park is extremely tight and the parking space is not clearly signposted.
