A very nice house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 2 toilet units which serve our purpose. A designated parking space within a short walking distance was very helpful. Easy self-checking in, no need to send documents earlier to stay. Helpful picture information about parking. Fast response from the owner with - we simply have to translate to English.
The house is not far from old town area. We would have walked if it’s not raining.
The house was in a very narrow lane and somewhat a dead-end which made it a little tricky to manage, especially if you have a large car.
- If you follow Google Maps, make sure to select the road that led straight to the bridge in front of the entrance to the house location. (Another default route led us from the old town area to the 1st narrow bridge which has an awkward & difficult right turn to make.)
- At the location entrance, We had to back-up our Alphard carefully to the houses in order to unload & reload our luggages.
- To get to the parking lot from the house, DO NOT use Google Maps. Follow the route shown in the picture from the owner instead.

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Toiletten. Es hat alles was man braucht und liegt gut im die Stadt zu erkunden.
Ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt. Evtl hätte man in der Mikrowelle toasten können, aber die Beschreibung hat das nicht hergegeben.

Traditional Japanese house. Downstairs western bed was comfy and ample bedding. Washer dryer and bathroom all nice.
The fridge STANK of fish. It was so bad we had to throw out the items we put in the fridge and had to leave the apartment. Asked for cleaning gear but was offered wipes which did little. This smell coupled with the fishbowl in the genkan and the rather unloved kamidana made the apartment feel a little bit creepy. Also we could not find the Atagoya carparking space when we arrived. It is unclear in the images sent by the owner that the carpark is across the stream in a completely different carpark separated from the accom. It would help future customers if you could please share the google maps location as finding the park was stressful.
