Das Haus war liebevoll, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Renovierung bzw. Fertigstellung schien erst kürzlich gewesen zu sein. Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtung waren wunderbar. Zusätzlich, als "Sahnehäubchen", war das Haus noch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die bei heißen Temperauturen für ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima sorgte. Zudem waren Fenster und Türen mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Alles war einfach top!!

Wir haben zu Acht, 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Zum Glück kam der Vermieter auf die geniale Idee, eine Woche zuvor eine Klimaanlage einzubauen, bei Temperaturen um die 35 Grad genial. Dankeschön :)

Excellent layout for two families traveling together — plenty of space and comfort for everyone, including the kids. The outdoor area was a real highlight: a playground, a barbecue setup, and a lovely terrace where you can relax in the evenings. The village itself is peaceful and quiet, near the church, with a wonderful atmospheric charm — a real break from city life. And it’s still very well located, within easy reach of bigger cities like Bamberg and Nuremberg for day trips. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

Sehr komfortabel und kinderfreundlich, kleiner Spielplatz, Kindersicherung Treppe usw., an alles gedacht. Viele liebevolle Details, Küche super, Betten sehr bequem. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut. Außergewöhnlich: Vorrat an Tees und Kaffee, (hatten wir zum Glück mit...) Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.
Für die daneben stehende Kirche (Glocken in der Nacht) kann der Vermieter nichts....
