Great location only minutes from the centre of Bedale with butchers and greengrocer both excellent. Admission good with no problems with lock box. Everything clean. Bedding good quality, towels excellent and kitchen well equipped with everything we needed for our one night stay. Great parking outside made things easy. A few steps into the property but not difficult for us. Exceptionally comfy sofa with two recliners so we were very happy!
Can't think of anything that wasn't good.

Great location, near the town center and the shops. Parking was convenient. Place was lovely and comfortable. Amenities were just what we needed. Owner was thoughtful.

Very clean and in very good condition. Ease of entry. The p;positioning of the accommodation made walking into Bedale a doddle. We’ll likely be back.
