An absoulte gem in Budapest! Perfect for up to 4 people - spacious, with a lot of natural light, very modern and with a fantastic terrace. The rooms are soundproof and we slept very well. The bathroom was also very modern and clean, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The apartment located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building in a lively yet quiet residential neighborhood just 15-20 minutes away from the center of Budapest by metro, the station itself being just 3-4 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close to the property, including supermarkets and a huge shopping mall. The host was very flexible with the check-in and we were allowed to do it earlier, which helped us a lot. Overall very much recommended for your stay in Budapest, great value for money!

Responsive and friendly staff, good location, new and clean apartment
Some basics are missing, such as shampoo/gel, a bottle of water at least or a coffee machine - this pretty basic nowadays
The living room is converted to a quasi-bedroom, they put up a bed where a sofa should be. It is weird, and not so functional.

Загалом сподобався район в якому апартаменти,зручно атже поруч Метро ,торговий центр ,Lidl ,і різні кафе .
Новий будинок .Комунікація з орендодавцями швидка і приємним бонусом був дисконт в ресторан з бекзкоштовним бокалом Prosecco .
Зручні спальні місця-повноцінні двоспальні ліжка ,чиста постіль і рушники.
Велика простора тераса -приємний бонус для літніх вечорів.
В звʼязку з популярністю апартаментів відчулося що давно не проводилося генеральне прибирання:раковина чиста лише зверху,душ потребує капітального прибирання,фасади меблів заплямовані .При заселенні посудомийна машина була з посудом який не розклали на місце .Посуд (сковорідка ,каструля) потребують заміни .Тостер і чайник теж потребують очищення.
Не було мила ,одна маленька губка для посуду .
Наявний фен дуже маленький і теж варто замінити на більш потужний для довгого волосся .

Az erkély, az ágyak kényelmesek és tiszta ágynemű,csendes környezet.
A fürdőbe való felszereltség a szag ami áramlott a lefolyoból,a tusoloból egy tusoló szőnyeg egy méretesebb hajszáritó és egy általános nagy takarítás .
