Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in akzeptabler fussläufiger Entfernung zu Zentrum und Bahnhof und liegt sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.

The apartment is absolutely great. Very spacious, super-clean, and comfortable at the level of "home away from home".
The owners are weird people. Very nice. Very warm. But absolutely not service-oriented. I have an impression they have a very vague idea of how to handle a computer, and how to use it to communicate with the guests. It looks like they never really progressed beyond a button-operated telephone. They live in a fairytale world and do not even realize that not everyone has a telephone to place a call - and that there is such a thing as email and messengers. I sent a request to be checked in at a certain time (according to the time my train was coming). No response. No-one at the apartment to meet me. It took a phone call (by a local friend who does have a phone to place calls) and a 20-minute wait before the hosts arrived.
After that everything went well - but they did not even apologize for the delay. Apparently they just do not realize how poor their check-in performance was. They need to seriously revise their communication technique. You can book this apartment - but only if you can place local calls using a telephone. Don't expect these hosts to be computer-responsive.
They do not have a QR-code posted for WIFI - they have a poorly WRITTEN SSID and password on a bleak sheet of paper. 21st century has apparently failed to arrive to them.
What the apartment lacks is a bit of decorative elements. Maybe just a picture or two on the walls.
One more thing: the cutlery is had to find - it is in a well-concealed drawer inside another drawer.
