Excellent location, very clean and comfortable property. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Great value for money.
Everything was good overall. I did not find anything significant that negatively affected my stay.

First of all, the front desk staff speaks English and are very warm and friendly. Their hostel is so clean; the kitchen, common areas, restrooms, and every other corner are disinfected and cleaned many times a day.
There's nothing to improve; it's excellent!

The location was good, close to metro and train station. The amenities were pretty basic, there was a locker big enough to fit 60l backpack. It was possible to exchange money and pay by card. There was a light and power outlet by each bed.
The room was pretty small for 4 people and the kitchen was quite small too.

Ok location, easy to find
Bed was comfortable with curtains
Lockers available
Bed sheets were dirty & stained
No charging point in each bunk
Kitchen was messy & not clean
Bathrooms were also not the cleanest
Front desk is not monitored 24/7 as they claim, so any could just walk in
