Le style était très moderne. Les équipements étaient fonctionnels. Le logement était calme et il y avait un emplacement pour la voiture !
Une légère odeur dans la salle de bain mais qui n'envahissait pas le séjour.

Appartamento ampio e spazioso, composto da un piano terra con bagno, cucina attrezzata e salotto con divano-letto, mentre sul soppalco c'è un altro letto matrimoniale; posto auto molto comodo all'interno del cortile della struttura. La posizione non è centralissima ma si può raggiungere il lungomare di Nizza in 30 minuti in bus o 15 minuti in auto.
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in una giornata più fresca delle precedenti, ma forse nelle settimane più afose la mancanza di un impianto di condizionamento si può far sentire (ci sono comunque 3 ventilatori a disposizione); la struttura del soppalco e la scala per raggiungerla non ci sono sembrate solidissime.

Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto, parcheggio privato
L'host non si è fatto vedere,ed il messaggio con le indicazioni di come prendere le chiavi è arrivato un'ora dopo l'ora prevista per il check-in,se non era per i vicini che ci hanno aiutato saremmo stati un'ora fuori a fare niente
