On the plus side, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room boy was friendly other than demanding a 5* review.
1. Apartment not clean when arrived. Dark hairs all over the floors and had to be brushed up by room boy when pointed out.
2. Bathroom dirty with hairs all round drains. Wore flip flops in shower when showering.
3. Food waste still in the sink and sponges left for us to use were dirty.
4. Drink marks all over the furniture.
5. All inside of cupboards needed cleaned before using.
6. Had to buy cleaning products to clean apartment before use.
7. Balcony’s were filthy.
8. Apartment had a Tomcat Beatle infestation. I got marks all over my arms from them being in the bed. See photos.
9. Only 1 key provided between 3 of us staying there.
10. No gym and mentioned on the booking.
11. Mattress protector covered in stains.
12. Apartment ran out of electricity during the night on our last night.
13. Pool and lounging area surrounding pool was always too busy to use or get a seat.
14. Noise from numerous mosques surrounding the apartment started at 3.57am every morning, very loud.
15. Bed configuration not accurate, we booked a room with 4 beds, double room and twin, but instead got a room with a double bed and a small double bed. not ideal for 3 travellers, 2 having to share a bed.
16. No microwave. Kitchen badly equipped.
17. No washing machine, but laundry service provided at extra costs by reception.
18. Room boy demanded a 5* review the minute we walked through the apartment door.
