Die Unterkunft befindet sich innerhalb der Festungsmauern von Carcassonne. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küche enthält alle wichtigen Utensilien. Zur Unterkunft gehört eine große Terasse, von der man einen spannenden Blick zu umliegenden Straßen, Mauern und Häusern hat (positiv gemeint). Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen, um die Festung und die Festungsstadt bei Tag und auch bei Nacht zu entdecken, sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Beschreibung des Vermieters zum Finden der Wohnung ist gut verständlich. Das Auffinden des kostenlosen Parkplatzes war dagegen schwer. Vielleicht lag es an einem Übersetzungsfehler oder wir haben es nicht verstanden. Im Ergebnis: Der Vermieter sagt einem, wo man als Erstes parken soll, um den Schlüssel zu übernehmen. Wenn man diesen Parkplatz verlässt (es gibt nur eine Ausfahrt in einem Kreisverkehr), dann biegt man sofort die nächste Einfahrt im Kreisverkehr wieder rechts ab. Es handelt sich um einen abgegrenzten Teil des Parkplatzes, wo man als Erstes parken sollte (eigentlich einfach).
