Die Lage im Einfamilienhausquartier ist ruhig und angenehm. Der Balkon war sehr hübsch.
Es war sehr ringhörig. Wir hätten gerne auf die Geräusche des Nachbarn in seinem Badezimmer verzichtet. Sogar die Betätigung des Lichtschalters war zu hören. Einiges funktionierte nicht: Ablauf im Badezimmer und schlechter Abfluss in der Küche, Dampfabzug, sehr kaltes Licht beim Essplatz.

Modern eingerichtet
Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Boden war voller Flecken, vor dem Bett. Bettbezug schien nicht neu und sauber zu sein. Das Laken sah aus, als ob gerade jemand aufgestanden wäre. Matratze könnte getauscht werden. Besteck und Tassen waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Für 4 gebuchte Personen, nur insgesamt eine Tasse. Zu wenige Messer und Gabeln. Im Bad war im Spülbecken das Syphon zu. Für vier Personen ist das Appartment jdoch etwas zu klein. Die Außenanlage schien etwas verwahrlost zu sein. Das Zimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden, dadurch war es unerträglich heiß. Es war ein funktionierender Ventilator vorhanden, Dennoch war es super heiß.
