The chalet was very clean and well presented. Lounge had many comfortable sofas. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding. TV had the ability to log in to multiple streaming apps. The swimming pool was a great facility for our kids to use. It was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning units in each room worked well to combat outside temperatures.
Location was 15 minutes from Qiddiyah city, which was our main reason for visiting Saudi.
Although the kitchen was functional, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, there was very little cooking equipment. There was also no crockery or cutlery available.
Photos of the property used in the listing were also not of the unit we had, there were differences, we assume a similar unit next door. Not a major issue but our outdoor furniture was not as appealing.
Property not the easiest to find, roads a little unmaintained around the immediate vicinity.

The host is amazing ! Very respectful - the location is great the view of the mountains - swimming pool , connected houses , very great for friends and family
